I’ve spent the last 30-odd years owning, managing, and building things in South Jersey. I started in hospitality — four restaurant and hospitality locations, including a high-volume pizza franchise — which is where I learned cash control, vendor management, and what it takes to keep a business open every single day.

From there I went into real estate full force. I owned and personally managed a 21-unit residential and multifamily portfolio. I owned and operated a 7-unit multifamily complex for 27 consecutive years and took it from summer seasonal revenue to year-round income. I also owned and operated a 14-unit multifamily complex and converted all 14 units to a condominium conversion from conception to completion — hiring the lawyers, engineers, surveyors, and contractors myself — and retired substantial principal debt in under ten years through a unit-by-unit partial release schedule, one closing at a time. I’ve built out two commercial restaurant spaces from raw shells, and I’ve done my own staging, cleaning, and repairs the whole way. I know buildings from the inside, not just from the listing sheet.

I’ve been a licensed NJ Realtor since 2009 and a licensed broker since 2015, and Rio Realty is my own independent firm, working out of the Rio Grande office on Route 47.
